Chef Jon Brooks, owner of Milktooth, opened his evening hour restaurant Beholder in 2018. Garnering attention from Wine Enthusiast, Eater and many others this wine-centric restaurant serves small and mid-sized plates of high end and world-class food made with the flair that Chef Brooks is known for. Brooks, his partner Josh Mazanowski and Beholder are again adding charm, vibrancy and world-class options to the Midwest culinary scene.
